Cubed comes with a set of soft back cushions and slim, upholstered armrests that provide improved room for lounging during the day. Limited Warranty: Sofa Beds & Chairs
All our sofa beds and chairs are continuously tested against our high internal standards as well as being rigorously tested by independent accredited labs such as SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas to comply with industry standards for quality and durability. Therefore, Innovation Living offers a 5-year limited warranty on materials and manufacturing defects on sofa beds and chairs within the terms described below.
How long is the limited warranty valid?
You will have 5-year limited warranty.
What is covered under this limited warranty?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the following components of the sofa beds and chairs: • Gears and mechanisms • Wooden frames • Metal frames • Spring-, latex-, or foam cores of sofa beds and chairs This limited warranty applies to private/residential use only.
How do I prove my claim?
We need a copy of the original purchase receipt as proof of your purchase together with photos/videos and a description that clearly demonstrate the defect. Finally, we need a photo of the product label that is placed on the inside of the product. Please find the exact position of this label in the assembly instruction for your products (assembly instructions can always be found via our website).
What will Innovation Living do to correct the problem?
The quality control department of Innovation Living will examine the claim and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered by the limited warranty and subsequently either if it should be repaired or replaced. If the claim is covered by the warranty, Innovation Living will cover the costs of spare parts or provide an equivalent replacement, if the item is no longer available. Most of our sofas are sold in separate parts, and we will do our utmost to limit replacements to the relevant parts due to both environmental and economic concerns.
What is not covered under this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. This limited warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment. This limited warranty does not cover consequential or accidental damage. I ordered my Murphy cabinet bed a few weeks ago and immediately received a text from Ahmed. He answered all questions and explained the delivery process to me. He kept me notified of my tracking number throughout the process as well. I was nervous to attempt to put it together as I’m not very good at this stuff, but it wasn’t bad at all and there were good instructions. Ahmed also texted me to make sure the delivery process went well and that I was satisfied with the bed. I bought it for my spare room which also doubles as my home office. This was a perfect space saving option. I have family in this week for Christmas so they took my bed and I slept in the Murphy bed. Surprisingly comfortable and I slept very well. Highly recommend the bed and highly recommend the company for excellent customer service.

It has a beautiful design, in both appearance, functionality and flexibility. The experience of making this online purchase was excellent because of the outstanding support and engagement of the vendor SPACE SAVING BED. They were there every step of the way from purchase to delivery and assembly of this unique piece of furniture. Another point, Space Saving Bed provided the support of a highly professional technician who assisted in the move of the boxes to the upstairs bedroom and the assembly. I ordered a table from them & at first conversation because of the holidays I wouldn’t receive the table in time before I needed it, before thanksgiving dinner with my family. I explained the situation to Ahmed the customer service rep & he told me he would do what he could to help. Ahmed went above & beyond! He found a reputable company to expedite the shipping to arrive in my state in 3 days & also found a company to assemble the table before the holidays. If I could give this company 1000 stars I would. The product most importantly was exactly as described & was quality! I will order from this company again & again! I love my bed, it is very comfortable to sleep on and easy to fold up and down. The mattress is extremely comfortable ... the couch part is not very comfortable though.. the cushions are very hard but I bought this bed more for the Queen bed and not the couch so not a deal breaker... it is still nice to have the option for both.
I recommend hiring a professional installer to assemble. There are several boxes it comes in and a very time consuming task to conquer... better to pay a couple hundred to bypass this headache.
