The bed is really great! We had been debating between a wall Murphy bed, a sofa couch, or this cabinet bet for a guest room and so happy we went with the cabinet bed from Space Saving Beds! Putting it together was pretty easy with 2 people working on it and I like that we didn’t have to drill into the wall like a typical Murphy bed.

I have to say the best part about ordering from this company is the customer service. I had a shipping snafu (no fault of this company) and Ahmed went above and beyond to help me resolve it. They checked in with me every day, gave me status updates proactively, and overall just provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered my Murphy cabinet bed a few weeks ago and immediately received a text from Ahmed. He answered all questions and explained the delivery process to me. He kept me notified of my tracking number throughout the process as well. I was nervous to attempt to put it together as I’m not very good at this stuff, but it wasn’t bad at all and there were good instructions. Ahmed also texted me to make sure the delivery process went well and that I was satisfied with the bed. I bought it for my spare room which also doubles as my home office. This was a perfect space saving option. I have family in this week for Christmas so they took my bed and I slept in the Murphy bed. Surprisingly comfortable and I slept very well. Highly recommend the bed and highly recommend the company for excellent customer service.

This is a perfect Murphy bed. Better than expected. Definitely need 2 people to install. Customer service was absolutely fantastic. Constant communication. Detailed and super responsive. Ahmed is a true paragon. Truly thankful to him for facilitating the process.

I ordered a table from them & at first conversation because of the holidays I wouldn’t receive the table in time before I needed it, before thanksgiving dinner with my family. I explained the situation to Ahmed the customer service rep & he told me he would do what he could to help. Ahmed went above & beyond! He found a reputable company to expedite the shipping to arrive in my state in 3 days & also found a company to assemble the table before the holidays. If I could give this company 1000 stars I would. The product most importantly was exactly as described & was quality! I will order from this company again & again! They went above & beyond with the customer service & the table is amazing!!!

I love my bed, it is very comfortable to sleep on and easy to fold up and down. The mattress is extremely comfortable ... the couch part is not very comfortable though.. the cushions are very hard but I bought this bed more for the Queen bed and not the couch so not a deal breaker... it is still nice to have the option for both.

I recommend hiring a professional installer to assemble. There are several boxes it comes in and a very time consuming task to conquer... better to pay a couple hundred to bypass this headache.

The best part of this company is the Customer Service, they are very responsive via text and email. When you call in, you are not talking to a robot but a real person who actually cares about your experience.
