How long is the warranty?
Arason offers a 1-year limited warranty.
What does this warranty cover?
This 1-year limited warranty applies the Creden-ZzZ cabinet bed only, not the mattress. It covers any part of the cabinet or cabinet components which fail to perform due to manufacturing defects or defective materials within the one-year period.
What does this warranty NOT cover?
This warranty does not apply where there is evidence of excessive wear, soiling, imrpoper cleaning or abuse, and any such evidence will void the limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, user error, fires or accidents or commercial usage, or to cabinets exposed to extreme humidity levels, excessive heat, or extreme temperature variations.
The judgment of Arason Enterprises will be final as to all matters concerning the conditions of the furniture, the cause and nature of the defect, and the necessity of manner of repair. Expenses incurred by the customer to repair will not be the responsibility of Arason Enterprises, Inc. unless Arason
Enterprises, Inc. is notified in advance of the repair, a written estimate from the repair service is provided and Arason Enterprises, Inc. approves the charges prior to repair. Arason Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any assembly charges incurred by customers without its express written authorization.
How do I make a claim?
Should you need to report any problems or claims under this warranty, please contact us directly. Provide photos and a written description of the problem, along with proof of purchase. (Proof of purchase must include the date, the amount, and the items bought.) We will directly contact Arason for service arrangements.
Repair
In the unlikely event that the repair requires the product to be returned to Arason Enterprises Inc., the costs of packaging and freight between the custoemr and Arason Enterprises Inc. will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. The Creden-ZzZ Cabinet Bed or parts and products may not be altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of Arason Enterprises Inc.

I ordered my Murphy cabinet bed a few weeks ago and immediately received a text from Ahmed. He answered all questions and explained the delivery process to me. He kept me notified of my tracking number throughout the process as well. I was nervous to attempt to put it together as I’m not very good at this stuff, but it wasn’t bad at all and there were good instructions. Ahmed also texted me to make sure the delivery process went well and that I was satisfied with the bed. I bought it for my spare room which also doubles as my home office. This was a perfect space saving option. I have family in this week for Christmas so they took my bed and I slept in the Murphy bed. Surprisingly comfortable and I slept very well. Highly recommend the bed and highly recommend the company for excellent customer service.

It has a beautiful design, in both appearance, functionality and flexibility. I ordered a table from them & at first conversation because of the holidays I wouldn’t receive the table in time before I needed it, before thanksgiving dinner with my family. I explained the situation to Ahmed the customer service rep & he told me he would do what he could to help. Ahmed went above & beyond! He found a reputable company to expedite the shipping to arrive in my state in 3 days & also found a company to assemble the table before the holidays. If I could give this company 1000 stars I would. The product most importantly was exactly as described & was quality! I will order from this company again & again! I love my bed, it is very comfortable to sleep on and easy to fold up and down. The mattress is extremely comfortable ... the couch part is not very comfortable though.. the cushions are very hard but I bought this bed more for the Queen bed and not the couch so not a deal breaker... it is still nice to have the option for both.
I recommend hiring a professional installer to assemble. There are several boxes it comes in and a very time consuming task to conquer... better to pay a couple hundred to bypass this headache.
The best part of this company is the Customer Service, they are very responsive via text and email. When you call in, you are not talking to a robot but a real person who actually cares about your experience.
